How can the four types of contracts be implemented?
Permanent contract A contract for an indefinite period of time, but for a minimum of 3 years, for external consultants (full-scale system construction, implementation, maintenance, preparation for audits, certification)
Project contract Implementation of a mechanical engineering project for a period of at least 3 months (creation of a schedule, coordination of the work of those responsible, management and implementation of procurement, logistics, installation, handover processes) also in English
Appropriate, contract Usually includes quick company preparation, pre-audit problem solving, company representation during audits, preparation for CE marking
Online consulting A fee-based service on a given topic via “live, online” meeting or e-mail
In all cases, a contract certified by both parties is required!
